FIND MORE: SUSTAINCOMMWORLDKODAKDavid Kiser joined Eastman Kodak Company in 1981 as a physiologist in the Human Factors Section of the Health, Safety, and Human Factors Laboratory. After several years in this capacity, he was appointed unit director of the Occupational Health Services Section that included the Applied Toxicology, Epidemiology, and Ergonomics functions.
In 1989, Dave transferred to the Communications and Public Affairs division for a two-year assignment in the Washington, D.C. Government Relations Office. Upon return to Rochester in 1991, he was appointed director of Corporate Safety. In 1995, he was assigned to a newly created position as director, Health, Safety, and Environment for Kodak Park.
In 2000, Dave was named director of Health, Safety, and Environment for Business Units and Regions. This assignment was later expanded to include Global Operations.
Dave was named director of Health, Safety, and Environment and vice president, Chief Administrative Office in 2005. In February 2006, the Board of Directors elected him a corporate vice president.
Dave is on the International Leadership Council of The Nature Conservancy and the Boards of the Central and Western New York Nature Conservancy and the Rochester Institute of Technology's Sustainability Institute.
He has a BS in education from Western Michigan University and an MS and PhD in physiology from the Pennsylvania State University. He has completed executive development programs at Columbia University and Penn State.
